| MOTORCYCLE LICENSE INFORMATION |

| Special licensing is required for drivers of motorcycles, which will appear as an endorsement on the face
of their Florida Driver License; or as a restricted "Motorcycle Only" Florida Driver License. |

| Florida law requires all motorcycle drivers to complete Motorcycle Safety Education Course from a licensed motorcycle driving school. The course consists of written and driving tests. The cost for the course varies by location and course provider. |

| Upon submission of the Course Completion Certificate to our office, a new
Driver License with a Motorcycle Endorsement will be issued. |

| NOTE: Effective September 1, 2009, most motor vehicle and driver license fees increased significantly. These fee increases were passed by the Florida Legislature and approved by the Governor to help balance the state budget. None of the additional money will stay with Pasco County Government or the Tax Collector's Office.
