| DRIVER LICENSE FEES |

| Florida Driver Licenses are issued for either a 4, 6 or 8 year period, depending on driving record, age and endorsements. |

| Florida Identification Cards are issued for a 4 year period for applicants 5 through 14 years of age. Identification Cards for applicants 15 years of age and older will be valid for 8 years. |

| Our office does not administer Commercial Motor Vehicle Skill Tests. These tests are provided at specific State of Florida or state contracted CDL testing sites. A listing of sites that administer CDL testing is available at www.flhsmv.gov. |

| NOTE: Effective September 1, 2009, most fees for driver license and motor vehicle services increased. These new fees were set by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by the Governor.
